The role of the student activities office is to facilitate special events, clubs, performance groups, fieldtrips, fundraisers, pep rallies, dances and graduation! It is through this office that students will find vital information regarding groups and activities of interest.
In order for a student to participate in extracurricular activities, a student must meet the standards set forth by State statute and the Florida High School Activities Association. In addition, a student must have at least a "C" average in conduct for all subjects in the preceding semester. Performing groups such as band, cheerleading and dance will require that students maintain a 2.0 GPA in all classes.
